HOW TO USE CARBO-FUEL

CARBO-FUEL is a 100% pure complex carbohydrate that dissolves easily in water with a neutral, non-sweet taste, providing pure calories that are easy to digest. Each scoop of CARBO-FUEL contains 25 grams of complex carbs equaling 100 calories. To sustain a minimum of 200 calories per hour, two scoops should be mixed in 12 to 16 oz of water.

Glucose is the brain's primary fuel and it is dependent on a continuous flow of glucose to function. The brain utilizes 25% of the glucose in the body, and during intense training and racing, the brain is pushed to its limits. It is important to feed both the brain and the body during times of strenuous activity

For a two-hour activity, at least 400 calories are required, which can be achieved by consuming four scoops of CARBO-FUEL. It is recommended to sip it during the activity or split it into two bottles, consuming two scoops before and two scoops after the activity. Up to 300 calories per hour of training can be consumed. CARBO-FUEL can be consumed in any drink or food, including oatmeal, breakfast cereal or post-activity recovery shakes, to replenish muscle glycogen stores.

CARBO-FUEL can also be used for carb loading. During the four days leading up to the competition, carb loading can be achieved by taking two scoops of CARBO-FUEL in 10-12 oz of water first thing in the morning and two scoops in the evening or before bed. It is recommended to try carb loading during training before doing so for a race.

We don't advise training or competing on an empty stomach. CARBO-FUEL is ideal for anyone who doesn't like to eat before they compete! Two scoops of CARBO-FUEL in a glass of water or juice can be consumed before going for a run, bike ride, or swim.

Carbs for Hours!

I replaced my carb chews with CARBO-FUEL. I get noticeably longer sustained energy from Ryno Power! I have tested CARBO-FUEL on three training rides and two races. I am convinced CARBO-FUEL is the way to go. I combine with Hydration Fuel and take one serving pre-race, and again mid-race (at approx. 1.25 hours/50 miles), and never feel at a loss for energy. Much easier intake and quicker absorption than chews. Pound 12 oz. of liquid at your fuel stop and you are back on the course in seconds! (Pro tip... Follow the recommendation to combine with Hydration Fuel and you are well hydrated for the second half of your race as well!)

Best supplement for carb loading and post ride or workout

If you follow the instructions on the supplement package for carb loading you will feel %100 for your race or workout. I personally have 3x the amount of carbs that I do protein in my recovery shakes and this is the best product for it. It will make u feel fully recovered the next day after your workout. I’ve used this for years and plan to continue using it.

Carbo fuel for all occasions especially race days

Best meal type supplement for race days. I can't eat before or even when I'm racing I get the nervous stomach and it messes my mojo up. So a little protein and a lot of carbo fuel before and during races keeps me on the podium everytime. Truly recommend it to all other racers, and even those just looking to get a little healthier.

Great for long days at the races

I love using the Carbo Fuel while carbo loading for races as well as keeping it mixed in between motos while at the races! Helps keep me fueled through out the day when I'm unable to eat big meals between motos or tests at Sprint Enduros.
