I recently signed up to Ryno Power. Both times I used the products I placed 1st. Coincidence, don't know. What I DO know is when I made a cocktail of the Protein/hydration/Carbs, on top of the endurance pack 1 hour before the race, I noticed I did not burn out at all after the first couple laps, I was able to maintain most peak energy through the whole race. On top of that, was not dead tired after. It was great not having any caffeine type jitters leading up to flag drop as well.
A must have before, during, and/ or after any day you plan on sweating it out!
